Lincoln’s first graders were lucky to have the perfect weather, for a perfect day. They got to enjoy all the fun stuff at Tubbs Berry Farm and they each brought home a pumpkin! The students, and the teachers, all had a “berry” good time on their field trip.

Lincoln Elementary October 2025
Dear Lincoln Families,

We are pleased to let you know that school will be back in session tomorrow, Thursday, October 2.

Today, Starr Corp, the contractor working on our roof and HVAC project, carefully inspected the building and addressed needed repairs related to the water damage. They confirmed the structure is sound and have added extra protective measures to guard against future leaks should more rain occur.

A few classrooms in 3rd and 4th grade will be temporarily relocated to other spaces in the building while the restoration continues.

The safety of our students and staff is our top priority, and we are confident that Lincoln is ready to welcome students back for learning tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and support over the last few days.

Dear Lincoln Families,

Out of an abundance of caution, school will be canceled tomorrow, Wednesday, October 1, for all Lincoln Elementary students. Since our last update, the building has sustained additional damage, and we need time to fully assess the situation and make the necessary repairs.

School officials are working closely with the construction team to address the issues and ensure that learning spaces are safe and ready for students as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more and will communicate plans for reopening promptly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this unexpected challenge.

Lincoln runs on support from our friends, family, and community members. We would like to thank Kathy Doyle for making a generous donation of school supplies. She worked for the Twin Falls School District and continues to support it with her generous heart. Thank you for the supplies that will be put to good use. If you are seeking to support our Lincoln Lions, we are looking for local businesses that might donate to our upcoming Halloween parade. We are also collecting gently used costumes for it. If you would like more information please contact williamsja@tfsd.org. Thanks everyone for your support.

Harrison, Lincoln, Oregon Trail, Perrine, Rock Creek Kindergarten Families!

Help us make 'Meet At The 50' a success! This heart-warming program brings together our senior class and kindergarten students for a special moment on the football field. At this event, our graduating seniors and kindergarteners met at the 50-yard line, symbolizing the connection between the beginning and end of their educational journeys.

This new tradition is designed to create lasting memories and highlight the shared bond within our school community. Thank you to everyone who comes out and shows their support!

Great photo opp for parents and grandparents, all are welcome! Gate fees do apply.

The elementary principals and their instructional coaches trained together today to learn more about an educational program designed to monitor and enhance instruction for our students. The i-Ready instructors shared valuable insights and support for getting our i-Ready program up and running. This team of educators will now assist in training all of the elementary teachers and support staff. It will be exciting to share the success of the program with the students and their families as we further progress in implementing I-Ready. Educational pathways will be created for each K-5 student. These pathways will build on each child's knowledge. Watch for updates throughout the year.

Hello Lions! Many of our families have chosen to block Lincoln as a contact. We respect your privacy, but are concerned about our inability to contact you in emergency situations. When children are sick or busing is altered, we can't keep you informed. Please double-check your phone to make sure that you don't have us blocked accidentally. Thanks for all of your support. We appreciate you.
